Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Group HR Manager to drive group-wide HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. The role focuses on professionalizing HR management, implementing KPI and performance systems, ensuring labor compliance, and managing Chinese expatriate workforce governance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR/General Affairs experience, including 3+ years in a managerial/group level role.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites or entities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and workforce compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and succession planning frameworks for leadership levels.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment administration including contracts, permits, and immigration.
• Ensure Indonesian labor law compliance across all facilities and entities.
• Lead and mentor HR teams at plant level and standardize reporting.
