MatchaTalent is seeking a Group HR Manager to develop and standardize HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. The role focuses on professionalizing HR management, KPI implementation, and ensuring labor compliance while handling Chinese expatriate workforce needs.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential to coordinate between leadership, expatriate management, and local HR teams, with strong leadership across plant-level HR teams.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design KPI frameworks and performance management for middle and senior management.
• Ensure employment and labor compliance including expatriate workforce governance.
