Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Group HR Manager to standardize and implement group-wide HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. The role reports to the Group Owner and focuses on KPI-based performance management, labor compliance, and expatriate workforce governance.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR within manufacturing or industrial settings, with proven cross-site leadership, strong Indonesian labor law knowledge, and fluent Mandarin Chinese

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR and General Affairs experience; at least 3 years in a managerial/group-level role.
• Experience managing HR across multiple manufacturing sites or entities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and employment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for middle and senior management.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development and succession planning across the group.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriates, and local HR teams.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and employment contracts.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment administration including work permits and immigration.
