Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a seasoned Group HR Manager to standardize HR frameworks across headquarters and manufacturing facilities. You will professionalize HR management, implement KPI systems, ensure labor compliance, and oversee Chinese expatriate workforce requirements.

The candidate should have 8+ years in HR/GA, including multi-site leadership in manufacturing, with fluency in Mandarin and strong English/Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years HR/GA experience, incl. 3+ years in managerial/group-level HR.
• Experience managing HR across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience with large employee populations.
• Experience with organizations of ~1,000+ employees preferred.
• Policy/KPI/framework development and organizational design experience.
• Strong Indonesian labor regulation and compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on with Chinese expatriate employment, permits, immigration, cross-cultural matters.
• Knowledge of RPTKA and expatriate immigration requirements.
• Experience guiding plant HR teams on labor disputes and industrial relations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with owners, senior management, plant leaders, and expatriates.
• Mandarin fluency mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Cross-cultural relationship management capability.
• High integrity, accountability, adaptability, execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies and handbooks across facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for leadership levels.
• Strengthen talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Liaise between Group Owner, Chinese expatriates, plant management and HR teams.
• Manage expatriate employment administration including contracts, permits, and immigration.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and policies across entities.
• Guide HR on PKWT, PKWTT, terminations, employee relations, and related matters.
• Lead and mentor plant-level HR teams across multiple facilities.
• Standardize HR reporting across HQ and regional units.
• Support industrial relations, labor disputes, and union-related matters.
• Coordinate communication between Chinese expatriate management and local staff.
• Monitor HR performance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support HR integration for new facilities and expansions.
• Provide strategic HR recommendations to Owner and senior management.
