Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Group HR Manager for a fast-growing Indonesian manufacturing and commercial group to standardize HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple facilities. This is a fully on-site leadership role with responsibility for policy development, KPI systems, and workforce governance.

Reporting to the Group Owner, the role will manage Chinese expatriate employment, ensure Indonesian labor compliance, and lead cross‑cultural HR teams across sites, requiring Mandarin proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business or related field.
• 8+ years HR/GA experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/group role.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites and large workforces.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design and implement KPI, performance evaluation, and performance management frameworks for management.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriate management, plant leadership, and local HR teams.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment administration and immigration requirements.
