• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail operations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Professional demeanour and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
