Job summary

ProFinder.idn is seeking a Mandarin Translator for a full-time on-site role in Batang. You will translate documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and Indonesian/English, and interpret during meetings to ensure accurate communication.

You will review technical terms, collaborate with multiple departments, and maintain organized translation records to support BPO and facility management operations. On-site work in Batang is required.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin, Indonesian, and preferably English, with the ability to translate and interpret accurately in both written and spoken forms.
• Demonstrated skills in written communication, grammar, and attention to detail, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documents.
• Experience in business or operational settings, ideally in BPO, facility management, or related industries, and familiarity with basic business terminology.

Role Description

The Mandarin Translator is a full-time, on-site role based in Batang. This role involves translating written documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and Indonesian/English, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. The Mandarin Translator will support daily communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams, including interpreting during meetings, calls, and site discussions. The role also includes reviewing and clarifying technical or operational terms, collaborating with various departments to ensure clear information flow, and maintaining organized translation records. The Mandarin Translator is expected to work closely with operational and management teams to support efficient coordination in BPO and facility management activities.
