PT.Tiga Warna Primer is seeking an HR Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment cycle, manage employee records, and assist with payroll-related tasks in a structured, compliant environment. The role involves translating policies and reports between Indonesian and Mandarin, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication with Chinese management.

This role manages the complete recruitment process including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, translating communications between candidates and Chinese management, and handling job offers. You will manage employee data, employment contracts, personnel documents, and administrative updates in an organized and secure manner. You will handle attendance records, leave requests, tardiness, and assist with monthly salary and allowance calculations. You will prepare monthly HR reports (attendance data, employee turnover, labor costs, etc.) and translate reports to Mandarin for submission to head office management. You will translate policies, regulations, instructions, and work documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa, and communicate management directives to staff clearly. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal regulations from the Chinese head office. You will support HR development activities, training, and other company activities as directed by management.

Support HR development activities, training, and other company activities as directed by management
Minimum D3/S1 education in HR Management, Psychology, Law, Mandarin Chinese, or related field
Minimum 1 year work experience in HR/SDM; preferably with experience in manufacturing companies or Chinese management environments
Must be able to actively communicate in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written), fluent in speaking, reading, and translating policy documents and HR reports
Good command of Microsoft Excel (data recording, tables, simple formulas)
Understanding of Indonesian labor law fundamentals, recruitment processes, employee administration, and attendance and salary calculations
Highly detail-oriented, honest, organized, prudent, able to maintain data confidentiality, disciplined, and punctual
Able to receive direct direction from Chinese management and adapt to strict and structured work standards
Able to communicate information clearly to people from different language and cultural backgrounds
Experience with attendance reporting tools or HR data management systems is an added advantage
