Job description

• Build an ongoing talent pool of fluent Mandarin-speaking professionals across various operational, commercial, and administrative departments to support continuous expansion across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities by Department:

• Operation & Logistics: Oversee daily logistics workflows, fleet dispatching, cross-border import/export documentation, vendor coordination, and HQ reporting.
• Warehouse Management: Support multi-site warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, WMS data entry, inbound/outbound processes, and 5S/6S workplace standards.
• Marketing: Develop localized marketing strategies, manage corporate brand presence, execute promotional campaigns, and analyze market trends.
• Sales & Business Development: Drive client acquisition, lead commercial negotiations, manage corporate client relationships, and expand logistics market coverage.
• Finance & Accounting: Handle AP/AR processing, general ledger maintenance, billing verification, financial reporting, and cross-border vendor payment reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Open to all experience levels, including Fresh Graduates and experienced professionals.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for HQ communication, client negotiations, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced logistics environment.
