Job summary

Ukirama Solusi Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking sales support professional to help grow our B2B software solutions portfolio in Jakarta. You will assist the sales team from lead generation to deal closure, translate and coordinate communications, and build strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA, 1–3 years in sales or related fields, proficiency in Mandarin, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or related fields, preferably B2B or tech/ software.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; English is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge language and cultural differences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to support the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to contribute to team targets and company growth.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta (Sudirman).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Proven track record of 1-3 years of experience in sales or related fields, preferably in B2B or technology/software industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must; English skills will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge language and cultural differences.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to support the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to contribute to team targets and company growth.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Having negotiation or persuasion skills will be a plus.
• Willing to be Full WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman).
