Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia is seeking a senior Warehouse & Logistics Leader to oversee multiple warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal space efficiency. You will drive SOP development, KPI monitoring, and 3PL partnerships, while steering cost-saving projects and team development.

The role requires strong experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and vendor negotiation, with proficiency in SAP/WMS/TMS and English with Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all warehouses branch leaders to ensure the level of stock accuracy.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability through proper inventory control, monitoring, and regular stock reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse space and capacity to improve operational efficiency and utilization.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs to ensure standardized and effective operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance and KPI achievement, including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and service levels.
• Manage 3PL and warehouse service providers, including performance monitoring, evaluation, coordination, and improvement.
• Coordinate warehouse and delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, obsolete, and non-good-set inventory and coordinate appropriate liquidation or corrective action.
• Lead cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives, including vendor negotiation, process restructuring, and operational efficiency projects.
• Manage warehouse budgets and operational expenditures while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics teams, including internal employees and third-party workers.
• Utilize SAP, WMS, TMS, and logistics data to improve inventory visibility, operational control, reporting, and management decision-making.
• Analyze all branch warehouses problem by finding root causes and propose problem solving alternative to management and lead the teams to solve the problem.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management and 3–5 years of managerial experience.

Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

Experienced in 3PL management and vendor coordination.

Strong knowledge of SOP development, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Experience in cost control, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.

Proficient in SAP, WMS, TMS, or other ERP systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or a related industry is highly preferred.
