Job summary

Management Trainee - Livestream Operation

Position: Management Trainee - Live Stream Operation

This is a fast-track program designed to develop future Livestream Operation Managers in the live commerce business. You'll be directly involved in managing and optimizing our TikTok Live & Shopee Live operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily live streaming operations and overall room performance

Analyze sales/GMV, traffic, conversion, and other live performance metrics

Develop and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets

Coordinate with Live Hosts, Operators, BD, and other cross-functional teams

Work closely with Chinese Managers regarding business strategies and operational execution

Identify operational issues and provide solutions to improve team performance

Gradually take ownership of a team and business performance as you progress

The program is designed as a fast-track career path:
MT - Team Leader / Operation Manager

The initial probation period is 3 months, with evaluation based on your performance and capability. After successfully completing probation, there will be an opportunity for career progression and salary adjustment.

Working Arrangement

Full WFO – Central/West Jakarta

Rolling shift system

Morning: 06.00-15.00

Middle: 09.00-18.00

Closing: 15.00-00.00

Working days follow a 5-6-5-6 rotation system

Language Requirement

Daily communication within the local team is mainly in Bahasa Indonesia. However, conversational English is required when coordinating with Managers, especially for business discussions and cross-functional communication.
