Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in live commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily live streaming operations and room performance.
• Analyze sales/GMV, traffic, conversion, and other metrics.
• Develop and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with Live Hosts, Operators, BD, and cross-functional teams.
• Work with Chinese Managers on business strategies and execution.
• Identify operational issues and provide solutions to improve team performance.
• Progress to take ownership of a team and business performance.
