Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech is seeking a Livestream Operations Lead to oversee daily livestream schedules, studio allocation, and readiness to ensure smooth execution across campaigns.

The role demands strong KPI analysis, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive traffic, engagement, and GMV while managing multiple brands and hosts. ASAP availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Livestream, E-commerce, Operations, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and livestream operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and livestream KPI analysis.
• Able to manage multiple brands, livestream sessions, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage livestream schedules, studio allocation, and operational readiness.
• Monitor Live GMV, Traffic, CTR, ROI to identify performance gaps.
• Develop strategies to improve livestream traffic, engagement, and GMV.
• Monitor host performance, provide feedback, manage schedules and replacements.
• Execute livestream campaigns, giveaways, events to drive traffic and engagement.
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Host Trainer, Tech OP, Live Support, and platform teams.
• Maintain SOPs and prepare performance reports, identify operational issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Manage Daily Livestream Operations: Manage livestream schedules, studio allocation, and operational readiness to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track Live GMV, Live Contribution, GMV/Hour, Traffic, CTR, CTOR, and ROI to identify performance gaps.

Drive Livestream Performance: Develop strategies to improve livestream traffic, engagement, conversion, and GMV.

Manage Host Performance: Monitor host performance, provide feedback, manage schedules and replacements, and follow up on improvement areas.

Plan & Execute Activations: Execute livestream campaigns, giveaways, gimmicks, special events, and other initiatives to drive traffic and engagement.

Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Host Trainer, Tech OP, Live Support, and platform teams to ensure smooth execution.

SOP, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain SOPs, prepare performance reports, identify operational issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Livestream, E-commerce, Operations, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and livestream operations.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and livestream KPI analysis.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to manage multiple brands, livestream sessions, and priorities simultaneously.

Proactive, detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Experience managing hosts, livestream teams, or brand activations is a plus.
