Job summary

HiGood Live Jakarta is seeking an Operations Livestream Leader to oversee daily live commerce operations across multiple rooms and brand accounts. You will manage performance, lead the operations team and hosts, and develop strategies to meet business and GMV targets on TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other platforms.

The role requires 1–3 years in live streaming or ecommerce operations with leadership experience, plus fluent English for cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years in live streaming operations or ecommerce operations with leadership exposure.
• Fluent in English for coordination with managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Experience managing multiple live rooms and brand accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee Live platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of multiple live rooms and brand accounts to ensure smooth execution.
• Coach and evaluate hosts and operations teams to improve productivity.
• Monitor performance, traffic, conversions, and sales to maximize GMV.
• Plan and optimize live schedules, campaigns, and workflows across accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and industry trends for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and platform policies; prepare actionable reports.
