Job summary

Accor Hotels Indonesia's Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager – Wedding to lead wedding business, build client relationships, and drive revenue from inquiry to confirmation. You will work with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in relevant fields and 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, ideally in weddings or events, with a well-developed network in the wedding industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with wedding/social events.
• Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong existing network within the wedding and event industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive wedding business and revenue for Pullman Jakarta Indonesia by developing opportunities and managing the sales process from enquiry to confirmation.
• Maintain strong relationships with wedding clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences for wedding events.
