Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager – Wedding to drive wedding business and revenue by developing new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with wedding clients and partners.

You will manage the wedding sales process from initial enquiry through confirmation, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience and collaboration with in-house teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with wedding, social events, banquet, or MICE.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
• Strong network within wedding and event industry desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with proven experience handling wedding, social events, banquet, or MICE business.
• Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong existing network within the wedding and event industry is highly desirable.
