Kempinski Jakarta is seeking a Sales Manager (Wedding & Social Event) to optimise hotel revenues by managing key accounts and prospecting new clients. The successful candidate will implement sales actions within budget, maintain up-to-date client databases, and cross-sell to other Kempinski Hotels in the group.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and maximise revenue across designated markets.
• Prospect new accounts to grow the client base.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up tentative bookings.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor sets and hotel services.
• Contract with clients in a timely manner and support annual rate negotiations.
• Attend trade shows, sales blitzes, and workshops in assigned markets.
• Assist Director of Sales with annual sales action plans and budgeting.
