Job summary

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Jakarta Sales Office. Based in Jakarta, you will drive revenue across Rooms, MICE, Weddings, and Leisure Groups, while coordinating with Bali-based teams to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven experience handling Jakarta-based corporate, government, or travel trade accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of MICE, group, and leisure resort business.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with international hotel brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue from the Jakarta market across Rooms, MICE, Weddings, and Leisure Groups.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through calls, meetings, events, and market intelligence.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, government entities, travel trade partners, and event intermediaries.
• Coordinate proposals, contracts, and RFPs with Bali-based teams.
• Ensure timely handover of confirmed business to Bali-based Sales, Events, and Operations teams.
• Represent Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort professionally in Jakarta and uphold brand standards.
• Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and client events to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform commercial decisions.
