Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all banquet events within the resort, ensuring outstanding service.
• Ensure banquet operations run smoothly and inspect food and beverage quality during events.
• Lead, train, and manage banquet staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory and stock control for banquet equipment and supplies.
• Foster a positive, enthusiastic working environment to heighten morale and productivity.
• Collaborate with department managers and clients to flawlessly execute events.
• Build strong client relationships and incorporate feedback for future events.
