Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in managing and training a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility with hours.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage all banquet events within the resort, ensuring top service.
• Inspect food and beverage quality during events to guarantee standards.
• Train, lead, and develop banquet staff to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory and stock control for banquet equipment and supplies.
• Foster a positive, productive working environment for the team.
• Collaborate with department managers and clients to schedule events.
• Build strong client relationships and incorporate feedback for future events.
