Job summary

Ayana Hospitality in Bali seeks a highly motivated Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to support the Director in running the F&B department in line with hotel policies and standards. You will plan, organize, direct, and control operations to meet guest and owner expectations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of F&B management experience in luxury hotels, strong budgeting, and leadership skills, and a track record of driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Food & Beverage management and prior experience as a F&B Division Leader.
• Experience managing large-scale multi-outlet and banqueting operations in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong relationships with guests, outlet teams, kitchen teams and other department heads.
• Budgeting, financial analysis, reporting and P&L management experience.
• Experience creating marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Knowledge of international cuisines and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in maintaining SOPs and policy implementation.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and review SOPs.
• Review, create and update SOPs as required.
• Conduct staff training as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
