Job summary

Ulu Cliffhouse in Bali seeks a seasoned Head of Front Office & Reservation to lead guest services, front desk operations and reservation management on a contract basis. You will drive service excellence, optimize occupancy and revenue, and mentor a diverse team across all front office touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury front office leadership, strong expertise in reservation systems and revenue management, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury front office management.
• Proven expertise in reservation systems and revenue management.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in hospitality management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the front office team, including front desk, concierge, and reservations.
• Oversee all reservation operations, booking management, room allocation and revenue optimization.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service across all touchpoints.
• Monitor front office budgets and control labor costs.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Analyse occupancy trends to inform revenue management strategies.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality of guest information.
• Train team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
