Qualifications

• Diploma/degree requirements and guest services/front desk experience as described in the job brief.
• Experience in hotel front office operations and staff leadership is essential.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills are required for department leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading Guest Services Team: motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Maintains Front Desk goals and delivers high guest satisfaction.
• Manages policies and SOP compliance across Front Office.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and acts as Service Champion.
• Oversees HR activities: performance management, hiring, coaching.
• Performs additional responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
