DyStar in Jakarta is seeking an Order Processing & Customer Service specialist to ensure delivery arrangements meet customer requirements. You will manage accurate and timely sales orders, communicate stock availability, and maintain correct selling prices in SAP.

Ideal candidates have a university degree or diploma, experience in customer service, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with SAP and English.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensure delivery arrangement in accordance with customer's requirements.
• Responsible for accurate and timely creation of Sales Orders.
• Communicate with customers on stock availability.
• Maintain correct selling prices in SAP.
• Ensure batch allocation according to First In First Out principle.
• Creation of Invoice — commercial and tax.
• Coordinate with Warehouse & service provider for smooth delivery.
• Accountable for correctness of customer master data in SAP.
• Monitor Credit/Debit Note.
• Ensure proper filing.
