Job summary

PT Sika Indonesia in Bekasi is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Admin to manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, processing customer purchase orders in SAP, monitoring stock, and coordinating outbound deliveries. This role works across Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Admin, Management or Supply Chain.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration or Order Management.
• Hands-on SAP experience for sales orders, delivery, and inventory.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for data processing, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately in SAP.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory across locations.
• Create and manage Outbound Delivery documents and ensure delivery readiness.
• Review STO transactions and coordinate stock transfers between locations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Distribution and Finance for smooth order-to-delivery execution.
• Manage Outbound Delivery considering truck capacity, pallet requirements, and schedules.
• Monitor outstanding orders, back orders, and delivery status; accelerate stock shortages or delays.
• Handle customer inquiries, order updates, complaints, returns, and related service issues to closure.
• Maintain accurate SAP data for orders, delivery, pricing, and documentation to facilitate invoicing.
