Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by preparing and submitting Sales Orders to the Procurement Department.
• Monitor order and product status, including product availability, procurement progress, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of goods with relevant internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate the invoice administration process, including ensuring the completeness of supporting documents required for invoicing.
• Monitor and follow up on orders from Sales Orders through procurement, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineer, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and other related departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, delivery documents, invoices, and other related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating the resolution of after-order issues, including delivery delays, changes in customer requirements, and product-related concerns.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers and internal stakeholders to support smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
