Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2-3 years of experience in EMKL/freight forwarding/logistics (internships ok).
• Strong understanding of export, import, domestic shipment, and project logistics.
• Strong understanding of customs clearance and field operations.
• Able to coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Able to operate MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Understanding of QHSE and MK3L aspects.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
• Coordinate cargo delivery with logistic or courier parties and print labels.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and projects.
• Availability of survey invoice reports for work to be carried out
• Availability of operational methods that meet commercial demands
• Ensure implementation of Integrated Management System and risk control.
• Engage in investigation of accidents/incidents with factual reporting.
• Support information security control processes for company assets.
