Job summary

Samudera Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Logistics Staff in Jakarta to coordinate and distribute customer shipments in line with requirements. You will ensure trucking services and vessel space availability to support schedules, and provide daily shipment status updates to customers from the Jakarta office.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 1 year of marketing experience, strong written communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Marketing are preferred.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute customer shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• Ensure the availability of trucking services and vessel space to support shipment schedules.
• Provide daily shipment status updates and reports to customers.
• Monitor and control customer shipments to ensure timely delivery and arrival at the designated destination.
