Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator to supervise on-site activities, coordinate permits, and ensure safety and quality across projects. Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in a relevant field.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities by vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
• Coordinate work permits and site access approvals with Building Management while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project procedures.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control activities, and site measurements (site opname) to verify work quality, progress, and payment claims in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, vendors, subcontractors, Building Management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly project reports, including work progress, site issues, quality observations, safety compliance, and recommended follow-up actions.
