Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience in Sales/Marketing of related industry (shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics) would be preferable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Solid understanding of shipping and basic costing & pricing.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide realistic solutions to customer operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping documents with all parties (Manifest, Bill Of Lading, Letter of Authority).
• Monitor container movement.
• Arrange reports of long idle container.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Implement and adhere to Integrated Management System in the department.
• Be willing to participate in accident/incident investigations and provide factual reports.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.
