Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and distribute customer shipments, ensure trucking and vessel space, and provide status updates. The role requires at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree and experience in marketing.

You will also contribute to the Integrated Management System and information security practices, with strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Marketing are preferred.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute customer shipments in accordance with customer requirements.
• Ensure the availability of trucking services and vessel space to support shipment schedules.
• Provide daily shipment status updates and reports to customers.
• Monitor and control customer shipments to ensure timely delivery and arrival at the designated destination.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
• Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
