Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Shipping Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of shipping operations (Export-Import, Liner, Feeder, Customs).
• Ability to bridge client requirements with operational capabilities.
• Knowledge of basic costing & pricing in shipping.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in shipping and logistics.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for satisfaction and long-term co-operation.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms in line with policies.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support growth.
• Coordinate operation activities to ensure timely shipments.
• Provide sales reports, pipeline updates, and target achievement reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with practical solutions.
