Job summary

Samudera Indonesia in Bandar Lampung is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support shipping operations, coordinate documents (Manifest, Bill of Lading, Letter of Authority), monitor container movements, and prepare reports on long idle containers.

You will maintain data accuracy, strive for excellent customer satisfaction, and help drive an integrated management system by following risk controls and information security practices, while working with a team across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience in Sales/Marketing of related industry (shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics) would be preferable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Solid understanding of shipping and basic costing & pricing.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide realistic solutions to customer operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with all parties related regarding shipping documents (Manifest, Bill Of Lading, Letter of Authority).
• Monitoring container movement.
• Arranging reports of long idle container.
• Maintaining effective data completion and data maintenance, as well as excellent customer satisfaction.
