Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is looking for an EXIM specialist to manage bonded factory compliance and import/export documentation in East Java. You will coordinate with customs and cukai departments and support day-to-day declaration tasks to keep import-export flows smooth.

Applicants should have a Bachelor degree or higher with 1+ years in EXIM, bonded factory exposure preferred, proficiency in Excel/Word, and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher; 1+ years EXIM experience; bonded factory exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export customs declaration processes.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist bonded factory compliance management and cukai management.
• Support daily basic declaration and operations.
• Follow up customs clearance to ensure smooth import/export operations.
• Communicate with customs and cukai departments; handle bonded factory events.
• Coordinate with business and HQ staff on procedures.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job description

• Assist the bonded factory compliance management and cukai management;
• Support and work with team for Daily Basic declaration job and operation.
• Follow up customs clearance affairs to ensure the smooth operation of customers' import and export business;
• Good communication with the related customs and cukai department. And handle Boned factory event or activity etc.
• Communicated with business department’s staff and headquarter staff about the business, procedures and etc.;
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 years of EXIM related work experience, working experience in boned factory is preferred;
• Understand the import and export customs declaration process, have better predictability for customs declaration exceptions,
• Familiar with excel, word and other related working software, can use SAP is preferred.
