Job summary

XPND Indonesia is seeking an Export Import (EXIM) Manager to lead all export, import, and Bonded Zone operations in Central Java. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee documentation, and manage EXIM systems to optimize efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in EXIM with 2+ in leadership, and strong English skills (Mandarin a plus). You will drive improvements, coach the team, and ensure accuracy in bonded zone activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Export/Import and Bonded Zone operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and Bonded Zone operations.
• Hands-on experience with customs documentation and administration (BC 2.3, 2.5, 2.6.1, 2.7, 4.0/4.1, PIB, PEB, permits).
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Import, Customs, Logistics, or Bonded Zone operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial-level position.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations, international trade compliance, and Bonded Zone operations.
• Hands-on experience handling customs documentation and administration, including BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.7, BC 4.0 / BC 4.1, PIB, PEB, customs permits, and mandatory customs reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with customs and government systems such as CEISA, INSW, SIINAS, and other related platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
