Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Bali seeks a logistics coordinator to manage sample materials in a Bonded Zone, ensuring compliance with Customs regulations and CEISA-integrated IT inventory.

You will prepare and verify packing lists, delivery orders, request letters, and customs notifications, and coordinate with R&D, QA, warehouse, and vendors. 1–2 years in Customs clearance or Exim logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customs clearance, Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat), or Exim logistics.
• Familiarity with Indonesian Customs regulations and documents (BC 2.3, BC 2.7, BC 4.0).
• Hands-on experience operating IT Inventory systems integrated with CEISA.
• Prior experience with Customs audits or compliance reporting is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing sample material administration in compliance with Bonded Zone and Customs regulations.

• Conduct routine stock reconciliations and prepare monthly sample movement reports for Compliance and Customs.
• Investigate data or inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis (PDCA) and suggest process improvements.
