Job summary

Busana Apparel Group in Indonesia is seeking a Customs/EXIM expert to supervise daily export and import operations, ensure compliance of PEB and BC documents, and coordinate with warehouses, production, logistics and finance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–6 years in EXIM/Customs, strong knowledge of CEISA, ERP systems and Excel, and English proficiency; Customs certificate (Ahli Kepabeanan) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of EXIM/Customs experience, preferably in garment manufacturing and Bonded Zone operations.
• Strong understanding of Export-Import processes, CEISA, IT Inventory, and AEO.
• Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Export & Import operations and customs clearance.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of PEB, BC 2.3, BC 2.6.1, BC 2.6.2, BC 2.7, BC 4.0 and related documents.
• Monitor IT Inventory, CEISA, ERP, and physical stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, Bonded Zone requirements, AEO standards, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Finance, IT, Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and Customs.
• Support Customs/AEO audits, corrective actions, and compliance improvement programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the EXIM team.
