Job summary

PT Changsu Industrial Indonesia is seeking a Finance Staff – Customs (English Speaking) to review customs declaration documents, reconcile data with BIP/ERP and finance records, and follow up on discrepancies with relevant departments. You will prepare audit-ready monthly customs reconciliation reports and support compliance for bonded zone activities, including BOM/stock traceability.

Responsible for reviewing customs declaration documents, reconciling customs data with BIP/ERP and finance records, and following up on any discrepancies with the relevant departments.

Prepares accurate, audit-ready monthly customs reconciliation reports.

Supports customs compliance and bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) related work, including BOM/stock traceability.

Requirements :

Finance or accounting background.

Good knowledge of customs and import/export procedures.

Experience with Bea Cukai / Kawasan Berikat is preferred. Strong Excel skills for cross-referencing data from multiple sources.

Careful, responsible, and good at data checking — genuine instinct for spotting inconsistencies, not just matching totals.

Good follow-up and cross-department communication skills.
