Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a meticulous Customs and Logistics Coordinator to be based in Pekalongan, Central Java. You will handle local and sub-contract bonded zone declarations, ensure cargo delivery declarations run smoothly, and communicate with supervisors, factory staff, and customs officers.

The role requires a Diploma in International Trade or related field, strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in international Trade or any major.
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skill.
• Focused and detail-minded
• Familiar with English skill is a plus
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Familiar with IT Inventory system, CEISA 4.0 and SAP system is a plus
• Familliar with kind of custum document (BC) such us: BC 2.6.1, BC 2.6.2, BC 2.7, BC 4.0, BC 4.1 is a plus
• Working placement for Pekalongan, Central Java
