Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an EXIM staff to manage end-to-end import and export operations in Indonesia. The role requires handling logistics, compliance with customs rules, and coordination with freight forwarders and government authorities.

You will review PIB/PEB documents, monitor schedules and costs, prepare reports, and support audits. English proficiency is essential, with at least two years of relevant experience; PPJK is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as EXIM staff handling logistics and customs clearance.
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to coordinate and communicate effectively.
• PPJK certification holder is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes
• Check and review shipping, PIB, PEB, and customs documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and logistics costs
• Support internal departments with trade compliance and shipment-related matters
• Prepare periodic import/export activity reports, monitor logistics expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support customs audits and regulatory inspections
• Coordination with surveyor for cargo need overseas inspection
• Receive, check, review and submit forwarder invoice to Finance
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

High Conversational English proficiency

2 years of experience as EXIM Staff handling Logistic & Custom Clearance from Japanese Trading or Logistic company

Experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities

Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and import/export procedures

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible with strong coordination and communication skills

PPJK certification holder is preferable
