Job summary

Time International, a Retail company in Indonesia, is seeking a logistics administrator to support day-to-day operations across inbound, outbound and inventory processes.

You will manage logistics administration, shipment documents, data entry and reporting, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Logistics or related fields, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP or WMS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills with good attention to detail.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, shipment, and inventory processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS is preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics administration, shipment documents, filing, and data entry.
• Handle wholesale transactions and logistics documentation from order to shipment.
• Prepare logistics reports and ensure accurate and timely system updates.
• Support inbound, outbound, and inventory-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as needed.
