Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Data Coordinator to manage and maintain logistics data across inventory, warehouse, material movement, and shipment records. This role supports daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare and analyze logistics reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, and coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing to keep data up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Good English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or data administration is preferred.
