Job summary

PT Indolakto in Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Logistics Specialist to process delivery orders in the SAP system and maintain shipping documents. You will coordinate with Transport & Shipping teams, prepare shipment progress reports, and perform basic data analysis to support efficient logistics operations.

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree and solid Excel skills are invited to apply. The role focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely task completion within our growing distribution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
Basic knowledge of supply chain, geography, and delivery routes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Process Delivery Orders through the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare, organize, and maintain operational logistics documents, including Delivery Notes and other related documents.
Coordinate with the Transport & Shipping team to arrange vehicle requirements for delivery activities.
Monitor and prepare shipment progress reports.
Perform basic reporting and data analysis to support smooth and efficient logistics operations.
