Time International in Jakarta is seeking a Logistics Admin Associate to manage logistics administration, shipment documents, filing and data entry. You will handle wholesale transactions and hand over documentation from order to shipment.

This role supports inbound, outbound and inventory activities, coordinates with internal teams, and assists with day-to-day operations. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is preferred, with 2–3 years in logistics a must.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Strong admin and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, shipment and inventory processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS preferred.
• Organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics administration, shipment documents, filing, and data entry.
• Handle wholesale transactions and logistics documentation from order to shipment.
• Prepare logistics reports and ensure accurate and timely system updates.
