Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional in Bekasi to verify receiving results and input data into the WMS, ensuring ERP-WMS data integrity. You will prepare product labels and coordinate with teams on discrepancies, while maintaining accurate ERP entries and inbound reports.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or warehouse administration, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English for written and spoken communication. Familiarity with WMS/ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing.
• Experience using WMS is preferred; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English at a sufficient working level.

Responsibilities

• Verify physical receiving results before inputting data into the WMS.
• Ensure data accuracy and integration between ERP and WMS systems.
• Prepare information and labels related to product registration stickers.
• Coordinate with relevant parties when receiving discrepancies are identified.
• Input receiving and storage data accurately into the ERP system.
• Prepare regular inbound receiving reports and maintain 5R and workplace safety standards.
