Job summary

PT. Rieckermann Indonesia is seeking a Logistic & Supplies Coordinator to support import-export activities, shipment coordination, and warehouse inventory management.

You will ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation for supplies and spare parts. Responsibilities include following up on orders, coordinating with customers and logistics providers, preparing import documents, tracking shipments, and maintaining stock records.

Qualifications

Job description

The Logistic & Supplies Coordinator supports Rieckermann Indonesia to support and manage the company's import-export activities, shipment coordination, and warehouse inventory. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and availability of supplies and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

Follow up on orders to ensure shipments are dispatched according to the delivery schedule.

Communicate with customers to clarify and confirm shipping documents.

Review and ensure shipping documents meet import requirements and are complete and accurate.

Prepare and organize documents required for the import process to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Track shipments and confirm that goods have arrived at the consignee's site on time.

Verify that received goods match the accompanying documents.

Prepare necessary documents and arrange packaging for shipments to customers.

Handle all administrative tasks related to the company’s export and import activities.

Ensure smooth delivery of imported goods to consignees by preparing and coordinating necessary documentation.

Manage documentation for export and domestic shipments in compliance with relevant regulations.

Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange deliveries and ensure goods are received with proof of delivery.

Oversee incoming and outgoing goods and maintain accurate warehouse stock records.

Monitor inventory levels, perform routine cycle counts, and resolve stock discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods, parts, and equipment.

Coordinate with service and procurement teams to ensure availability of required supplies and spare parts.

Implement and maintain an efficient inventory tracking system
