Job summary

PT. Rieckermann Indonesia is seeking a Logistic & Supplies Coordinator to support import-export activities, shipment coordination, and warehouse inventory management.

You will ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation for supplies and spare parts. Responsibilities include following up on orders, coordinating with customers and logistics providers, preparing import documents, tracking shipments, and maintaining stock records.

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export documentation and processes.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on orders and ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule.
• Communicate with customers to clarify shipping documents.
• Review shipping documents for import requirements and accuracy.
• Prepare documents for import clearance and customs.
• Track shipments and confirm on-time delivery to consignees.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse stock records and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for deliveries and proof of delivery.
• Oversee inbound/outbound goods and ensure proper storage and labeling.
