Rieckermann Indonesia seeks a Senior Sales Representative (Packaging & Material Machinery) to grow key accounts and drive strategic relationships in Indonesia. You will lead the sales cycle, tailor technical and commercial solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and delivering consistent revenue growth with a customer-centric approach. Travel across Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in plastics machinery or packaging equipment.
• Experience selling industrial machinery to blown film industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
