Job summary

PT RREX International Logistik is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth in the logistics and cargo sector. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and tailor proposals to meet customer needs.

In this role you will negotiate commercial terms, monitor market trends, and collaborate with the team to achieve company targets. Working days are Monday to Saturday, with Saturday half-day in PIK 2.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Experience in logistics/cargo industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Willing to work in PIK 2; Monday–Saturday (Saturday half-day).

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and business partners in the logistics and cargo industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers

Present and promote the company's logistics services according to customer needs and business requirements

Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and business agreements with prospective and existing clients

Monitor market trends and competitors and provide insights to support business development strategies and achieve company targets

Qualification

Minimum D3 or S1 in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, or similar position

Experience in a logistics/cargo company is highly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to work in PIK 2

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday half-day)
